Heather is truly an asset to the clients and Shadowridge Veterinary Hospital. She started with us as the Nursing Supervisor in our San Marcos location after working at various hospitals through out north county. We unfortunately lost her for almost a year due to a medical leave and it prevented her from being able to do what she loves most, nurse. But when she was able to work again, we were lucky to have her return as our receptionist in San Marcos. Her experience as a nurse makes her an exceptional receptionist because she is able to answer more questions and give more information to clients.
Veterinary medicine runs the Ross blood as Heather's two youger brother's Josh and John are technicians as well!
