John is the most recent of the three members of the Ross family to join our health care team. He is passionate about the well-being of the animals he cares for and can always be counted on to be calm in an emergency situation.
John has a vibrant personality and a great sense of humor and takes it upon himself to make the staff laugh in difficult situations which is an aspect of his personality that helps lower stress and makes for a better day for everyone. John knows how to be serious though, and when the time comes he is an extremely skilled and gentle nurse. Putting both the pet's and their human companions at ease.
We feel very lucky to have John as one of the newest members of our staff.
